Dianne Ricardo is a litigation associate with experience advocating on behalf of individuals and entities in probate and fiduciary matters, including will challenges, guardianships and fiduciary duty matters. She also counsels individuals and businesses in employment disputes including wrongful termination and whistleblower claims, and in commercial litigation matters involving contract disputes and breach of shareholder agreements. Dianne helps clients protect their interests by evaluating, managing, and resolving a wide range of disputes with the goal of avoiding costly litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Dianne was an attorney at a mid-sized firm in Boston, concentrating her practice on complex commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes, investor protection actions, and construction defect matters.
Dianne currently sits on the Pro Bono Committee and has handled pro bono cases through the New Hampshire Bar Association’s Pro Bono Referral Program.
